Delete your account
Drivers and transfer companies delete their RPS Logistics account themselves, in the app:
- Sign in and open the Menu tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm with your password.
Get a copy first
While signed in you can download the data we hold about you: in Fleet Control under Download my data in the menu, or at fleet.rps-gmbh.eu/api/account/export.
Deleted at once
Your login and password, all app and website sessions, your notification devices (browser push and iPhone push), the documents you sent with your registration (driving licence, ID, permit) and your location history (availability positions and job routes). Copies in our nightly backups are overwritten after 14 days.
Kept, and why
Jobs, handover protocols (photos, signatures, receipts), pay statements and job chat messages are business records of the transfers. We keep them for the statutory retention periods: 6 years, or 8 years where they serve as accounting vouchers (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO), counted from the end of the year in which the job was completed. Your name stays in them only as far as the record needs it. A driver's entry on the roster stays as well, inactive and without contact details.
Registration documents
Even if you keep your account, the photos of your driving licence, ID and permit are deleted 30 days after we approve or reject your registration.
No app at hand?
Write to info@rps-gmbh.eu (or use the contact page) from the e-mail address of your account and we delete it for you within one month. An office account is closed on request the same way.
Everything else about your data is in the privacy policy.
Konto löschen
Fahrer und Überführungsunternehmen löschen ihr RPS-Logistics-Konto selbst, in der App:
- Anmelden und den Reiter Menü öffnen.
- Ganz unten auf Konto löschen tippen und mit dem Passwort bestätigen.
Vorher eine Kopie sichern
Angemeldet laden Sie die Daten, die wir über Sie speichern, selbst herunter: in Fleet Control im Menü unter Meine Daten herunterladen oder unter fleet.rps-gmbh.eu/api/account/export.
Sofort gelöscht
Login und Passwort, alle Sitzungen in App und Website, Ihre Benachrichtigungsgeräte (Browser-Push und iPhone-Push), die mit der Registrierung gesendeten Dokumente (Führerschein, Ausweis, Aufenthaltstitel) und Ihr Standortverlauf (Verfügbarkeit und Auftragsrouten). Kopien in unseren nächtlichen Sicherungen werden nach 14 Tagen überschrieben.
Bleibt erhalten, und warum
Aufträge, Übergabeprotokolle (Fotos, Unterschriften, Belege), Abrechnungen und Chat-Nachrichten zu Aufträgen sind Geschäftsunterlagen der Überführungen. Wir bewahren sie für die gesetzlichen Fristen auf: 6 Jahre, oder 8 Jahre, soweit sie Buchungsbelege sind (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO), gerechnet ab dem Ende des Jahres, in dem der Auftrag abgeschlossen wurde. Ihr Name steht darin nur so weit, wie der Beleg es erfordert. Der Fahrereintrag in der Fahrerliste bleibt ebenfalls, inaktiv und ohne Kontaktdaten.
Registrierungsdokumente
Auch wenn Sie Ihr Konto behalten, werden die Fotos von Führerschein, Ausweis und Aufenthaltstitel 30 Tage nach unserer Entscheidung über die Registrierung gelöscht.
Keine App zur Hand?
Schreiben Sie von der E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kontos an info@rps-gmbh.eu (oder nutzen Sie die Kontaktseite); wir löschen das Konto dann innerhalb eines Monats für Sie. Ein Bürokonto wird auf Anfrage ebenso geschlossen.
